# Reports
Reports are where you’ll see the responses that you received from users.
You’ll have to set a date range to start seeing the reports
Reports tab has 2 parts:
1. Insights
2. Responses
#### Insights tab:
The insights tab will show you 3 things on the top:
1. Views: Number of people who viewed the survey
2. Contacts: Number of people who submitted their email ids.
3. Completion Rate: Percentage of people who completed the survey.
Below you’ll see the percentage of options selected by the users for each question.
**Responses tab:**
This will show you the answers given by each respondent. The respondents are identified by their email addresses submitted. If a user hasn’t submitted their email address you’ll see their responses as “Unknown”.
You can export all the responses as CSV for offline analysis.
