# Adding the opt-in form

Drag and drop the “Form Elements” box in the “Content Elements” area to start editing your opt-in form.

Once you drop it a popup will open, here you can give the title and description. Then you can add the form elements like “First Name”, “Last Name” and “Email” by dragging and dropping them in the “Form Fields” box.

You can click on the preview tab to see how the form will look to the users.

Finally, hit the save button.
