We have included support for which is a Captcha service operated by Google, you can enable this on signup and on question submission - the two points we determined would stop spammers.

To use this you will need and some keys for your site.

Click on "Add a new site" and enter your site URL and will be given Public key, copy and paste this into the box here and click save changes.
